Neuro-musculo-skeletal models of the human body, analysis and simulation of human movement

Skeletal models (interest in kinematics and dynamics), musculo-skeletal models (interest also in muscle forces), or neuro-musculo-skeletal models (interest also in muscle activation and contraction processes) have been developed for healthy individuals and for those with pathologies (see references [5], [9], [13] in the Publications section).

Real-time motion capture and analysis

Real-time motion analysis

  • Kinematic: angles, velocities, gait patterns, etc.
  • Dynamic: joint torques, external reactions, etc.
  • Muscular: muscle activations and forces, joint reactions, muscle fatigue, energy consumption, etc.
  • Biofeedback
